Step 1: Understanding Your Needs

From this, we can usually provide a personalised cost estimate. If you’d like to move forward, we’ll arrange a free on-site survey to take detailed measurements. This ensures the design is right for your home and allows us to provide a firm, fixed quote. We’ll then review everything with you so you feel confident before committing.

Step 2: Survey, Design and Planning

Our engineers measure your home, check insulation levels and radiators, and review your existing system. Using this information, we design a tailored heat pump system that delivers comfort, performance, and efficiency.

Step 3: Grant Application Support (If Applicable)

If you’re eligible for the Boiler Upgrade Scheme, we’ll manage the application on your behalf. This can provide up to £7,500 towards installation. Approvals usually take 1–2 weeks, depending on processing times.

Step 4: Installation Booking

Once you’ve accepted the quote and grant paperwork is underway, we’ll agree an installation date. We aim to schedule within 2–4 weeks, depending on availability and complexity.

Step 5: Installation

Before work begins, we’ll walk you through the schedule so you know exactly what to expect. We’ll confirm which areas of your home we’ll need access to, where the outdoor unit will be positioned, the location of the indoor cylinder, and whether any radiators need upgrading.

On installation day, our engineers arrive promptly, introduce the team, and explain the plan. We usually begin by carefully removing your old heating system (if required), before setting up the outdoor unit and connecting it to your indoor cylinder and radiators.

We take care to protect your home, keeping disruption to a minimum. You can stay in the house while we work, and every installation is carried out to MCS (Microgeneration Certification Scheme) standards, ensuring government-backed quality and eligibility for grants and warranties.

Step 6: Commissioning & Handover

Once installed, we commission the system — testing flow rates, checking controls, and confirming your heating and hot water are performing as designed.
