We didn’t start out in someone’s garage or grow from a gas boiler business trying to bolt on heat pumps. We’ve come at this from a different angle, combining years of practical experience in home heating with senior roles in some of the UK’s most forward-thinking energy organisations.

Between us, we’ve worked across both hands-on installation businesses and large national energy companies. We’ve helped deliver major projects to modernise how homes are heated in the UK and supported organisations at the forefront of the shift to cleaner energy. That mix of real-world know-how and big-picture thinking is what makes us different.
Shaped by Experience, Not Habit
We’ve seen how confusing and frustrating the heat pump journey can be, with unclear quotes, too much technical jargon, and little follow-up after installation. We knew it didn’t have to be that way.
So we built Eaasy Heat to change the experience. To make switching to a heat pump simple, personal, and free from pressure. No confusing terms. No hard sell. Just clear guidance, expert installation, and support that sticks around.
And yes, we know there’s an extra “a” in Eaasy. That’s no typo. It stands for Energy as a Service (EaaS), which is at the heart of our long-term vision. But it’s also a reflection of how we think the customer experience should feel: easy. We believe low-carbon heating should be straightforward, stress-free, and actually enjoyable to adopt.
While we’re focused right now on delivering best-in-class installations and support, we’re also working on some exciting developments in the EaaS space. We’re building services and solutions that go beyond installation alone. There’s more to come, and it’s all designed to make clean energy simpler and smarter for everyone.
We also believe this shift shouldn’t be out of reach. That’s why we’re working hard to make the process as affordable and accessible as possible, without cutting corners or compromising on quality.
